This piece is about a man who is dominated by his memories. I am alone, ultimately alone with myself. 

My memories, my dreams, my experiences and my feelings are always there, by my side. They keep me company. We communicate with each other. There are people around me, they see me, they talk to me. I see them and I hear them. But I’m alone, alone with myself. For, where were they when my memories, my dreams, my experiences and my feelings were born? They do not know me, I’m alone. My memories, my dreams, my experiences and my feelings - they hold me, they shield me, they don’t set me free. I’m alone, alone with myself.
