Harake Dance Company presents: ’Accent’ Platform Open Call 26.-28.3.2020
’Accent’ is a platform for upcoming artists, dancers and choreographers to share their works in progress or finished works in a long weekend hosted by Harake Dance Company in a large studio space.

Harake Dance Company is an independent dance company created by the Syrian choreographer Mohammed Diban and supported by ’Fenster zum Osten-shibak sharqi gGmbH’.

​

The company gathers dancers from all parts of the globe and through diversity showcases their language.
Our goal is to bring together international artists from different backgrounds with short pieces from :

 8 to 15 minutes.

Applications are open to various styles of dance and performance. Basic technical lighting will be covered by Accent. 
 

’Accent’ Platform will be presented for the first time on the 26th, 27th and 28th of March in 2020.

Participants will be informed about their accepted application latest by 29.02.2020
 

To apply please send a trailer or full video footage of your piece to accentplatform@gmail.com

with the following information:

- title of the submitted work

- length

- name of the choreographer

- nationality of the choreographer

- short description of the choreographer

- amount of dancers

- names of the dancers

- description of the piece

- technical details (light, music, props etc.)

This is not a paid opportunity but the Accent-platform will provide the artists with video footage

and pictures of the performance.
